Understanding there are other larger estates in Morayfield you might have seen recently selling other H&L packages, I can confirm that we are priced VERY competitively. For instance, we are priced substantially cheaper than other builders' latest release in their Morayfield project, which I would also consider an inferior position. They're now selling 325sqm for $347,000 (1,067/sqm). So, compared to that we are a lot cheaper.
